Learn what it was like to go to school during the war and write letters home with a dip pen and ink to reassure your parents that all is well. Handle real money from the period and attend an arithmetic lesson adding and subtracting £ s d!
Celebrate the end of the war in Europe by enjoying a meal from the period listening to Winston Churchill and the music of Glen Miller. After dinner, investigate a wartime who dunnit mystery or celebrate VE Day playing some favourite party games of the era.
Make your way to our very own Station X, learn about various ways of constructing codes and practise your skills at code breaking. Decipher messages transmitted in Morse Code.
